Coil slitting line processing electrical steel in a factory

Processing services

From full-width coils to production-ready material

Slitting, cut-to-length shearing, recoiling and export packing are carried out on our own lines, so material arrives in the widths and lengths your equipment expects.

What we do

Processing matched to your drawing and line

Each service is quoted against the specification you provide — strip width, cut length, tolerance and packing — and confirmed before material is cut.

Slitting / Longitudinal Cutting at our electrical steel processing workshop

Slitting / Longitudinal Cutting

Full-width coils are slit to the strip widths required by your punching or winding line, with edge quality monitored during the run.

  • Width range on request
  • Burr height controlled
  • Coil weight to your handling limit
Cut-to-length Shearing at our electrical steel processing workshop

Cut-to-length Shearing

Sheets cut to fixed lengths for lamination stacks and manual blanking operations, packed in ordered stacks.

  • Fixed length sheets
  • Squareness controlled
  • Stacked and strapped packing
Recoiling & Edge Conditioning at our electrical steel processing workshop

Recoiling & Edge Conditioning

Rewinding into smaller coils for trial runs, sample lots and low-volume production, with edge conditioning where needed.

  • Small lot rewinding
  • Sample lots
  • Coil diameter to specification
Export Packing & Consolidation at our electrical steel processing workshop

Export Packing & Consolidation

Coils and stacks are packed for sea freight with moisture protection, and mixed grade orders are consolidated into one shipment.

  • Moisture barrier packing
  • Eye-to-sky or eye-to-wall
  • Mixed grade consolidation

      Cut-to-length shearing

Strip advances through the shearing line and is cut into fixed-length sheets, stacked ready for lamination blanking.

Videos are recorded on our processing lines. Customer drawings and dimensions are not shown.

      Order flow

Five stages from enquiry to dispatch

A defined sequence keeps specification, processing and documentation aligned with your delivery date.

      01

      Specification review

Grade, thickness, width, coating and packing requirements are confirmed with the customer's technical contact.

      02

      Material allocation

Material is allocated from warehouse stock or the mill production schedule according to the delivery date.

      03

      Processing

Slitting, shearing or recoiling is carried out to the confirmed drawing and tolerance list.

      04

      Inspection & documentation

Dimensional and surface checks are recorded, and certificates are compiled with the shipment.

      05

      Packing & dispatch

Export packing, marking and shipping documents are prepared, with container loading photo records available.
